Developing projects are an integral part of our commitment to innovation and continuous improvement. Through these initiatives, we explore new techniques, materials, and designs to push the boundaries of what is possible in the woodworking industry. We have undertaken various projects that have contributed to our expertise and knowledge base. These projects include exploring different types of walls for low-cost housing, developing natural drying techniques, laminated beams for the first time, and models of local brick factories. Additionally, we have also developed practical wooden products such as present and bill-boxes that showcase the versatility of wood as a material.
KALKA + Partner .. Solid Partner of Rwanda government for vocational training
In the regional area, Kalka + Partner offer further training in the craft sector of woodworking and wood processing as internships on the basis of a MoU with the Gasabo District.
During the expansion of Rwanda Polytechnic – IPRC Kitabi, we made our production facility available for a few weeks at a time for practical training on machines and to produce training and examination furniture.
